Virtual Event Package

Set up and manage a live event on Saturday, November 14, 2020 between 5:30 – 7:00 PM EST using the Zoom meeting platform. Package service fee payable 60 days in advance is $599. Vendor will provide the following in package:

  1. Set up a dedicated web page with written event details, date and time and an RSVP form to collect names and email addresses for donors registering for the auction
  2. Send confirmation emails to those who RSVP with information on how to join the Zoom event
  3. Provide live chat support for donors who may need assistance while joining
  4. Provide live tech support during the event through Zoom chat
  5. Provide a pre-event 30-minute rehearsal for organizers and auctioneer
  6. Block 90 minutes for the live event
  7. Connection for up to 98 devices
  8. Record the event and provide Customer with a digital file for download that can be used for verification of bids
  9. Make Customer staff member a co-host with screen sharing role to share Scoreboard bidding platform
  10. Provide Customer a post-event attendance report in MS Excel format
